How to Vote

Check Your Eligibility
Confirm you are on the voters' list. You can check and update your information through the City of Guelph or Township of Puslinch municipal office.

Find Your Polling Location
Your polling location will be listed on your voter notification card, which is mailed to registered voters before election day. You can also look it up on the City of Guelph election website.

Bring ID
Bring acceptable identification showing your name and address. A driver's licence, utility bill, or government-issued ID are all accepted.

Cast Your Ballot
Visit your polling location on October 25, 2026 between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and cast your vote for Upper Grand District School Board Trustee.
Eligibility
Who Can Vote?
You are eligible to vote in the Upper Grand District School Board Trustee election if you meet the following criteria:
- You are a Canadian citizen
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You reside in the ward represented by this trustee
- You are not prohibited from voting under any legislation
